3D facto

3D facto offers a boutique 3D printing service for small and medium size print volumes. We have no minimum order quantity and serve both individuals and businesses. We are located in Amersfoort (The Netherlands).

Our service comprises printing out the 3D design that you provide. We can add support structures to your design (without surcharges), if that helps to improve the printing result. We do not offer any surface finishing services at this time.

Costs

For each design file we charge a set-up fee of €10,- (excluding VAT). The remainder of the costs are determined by the printing time of your order. Printing time depends on the complexity of the design, the size of the print, infill percentage, print resolution, etc. Packaging and shipping is invoiced at actual costs.

You will receive a price quotation and delivery estimation by return email
After you approve the quotation, you will receive a payment link
Printing starts after payment
You will receive your prints by courier (or pick-up is possible upon request)

Confidentiality

We will keep your design strictly confidential. Your files will be used only for quotation and printing and not for any other purposes. Your files will be deleted from our systems within 30 days after last use. Please let us know if you require any specific non-disclosure requirements.
